These are leak-tested by the manufacturer before they are shipped to the UK ensuring your tumblers are quality checked and do not leak. (It would be impossible to guarantee this), however so far they have had a 100% success rate in no leaking.
IMPORTANT: you will notice a sticker on the under side of the tumbler. This is the tumbler guarantee. Once this has been removed, the guarantee will be void and no refunds will be permitted. Please see the double/walled tumbler purchase terms and conditions for more information.
